Faith Sharing

Small groups of parishioners meet regularly to read the upcoming weekly readings and to engage one another in faith- related discussion and fellowship. Some groups meet year round, others during Lent only.

St. Peter Parish encourages the small communities of faith, providing resources for support.

Communities of disciples A disciple is a person rooted in prayer and committed to ongoing conversion and to follow Jesus by proclaiming his Good News in our world. The process of discipleship requires the support of the Christian Community where “the disciples of Jesus Christ are nourished at the twofold table: ‘that of the Word of God and that of the Body of Christ’” (General Directory for Catechesis).
